Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a Claus burner for a sulfur recovery process with combustion stability optimized by an oxygen injector. The Claus burner includes an outer cylinder portion which is divided into an acidic gas inflow space portion and combustion air inlet space portion, on both sides by a blocking film; an inner cylinder portion which is installed inside the outer cylinder portion, contains a discharge port of a tip end to communicate with a combustion chamber and an aperture part of a rear end to communicate with the combustion air inlet space portion, and is formed with a plurality of inlet holes in the middle part which is located in the acidic gas inlet space portion; and the oxygen injector which is configured to pass the rear side of the outer cylinder portion and then to pass the inner cylinder portion through the aperture part of the inner cylinder portion. Therefore, the combustion efficiency of acidic gas may increase and the combustion stability may be improved. |
