FIXTURE OF AUTO TEST EQUIPMENT FOR TESTING ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT CARD

Disclosed is an auto test equipment fixture for an electronic circuit card test capable of inspecting a defect of an electronic circuit card used in a radar test device, military equipment of a plane and the like, a weapon, or industrial equipment using auto test equipment. The auto test equipment fixture for the electronic circuit card test of the present invention comprises: a first plate having a plurality of penetration holes; a second plate which is separately arranged from the first plate in regular intervals; a seating unit which is arranged on the outside the second plate and puts an electronic circuit card on the upper side; a plurality of connection pins which are combined to the second plate and are in contact with a measuring pin for test through the penetration holes; a plurality of test pins which are installed by passing through the second plate and are in contact with the electronic circuit card at the leading end; and a connection printed circuit board which is combined to the second plate and connects the connection pin and the test pin and has a circuit pattern.
