OPTICAL SENSOR MODULE MEASURING GENERATOR STATOR VIBRATION AND VIBRATION SENSOR APPRATUS USING THEREOF

Disclosed is an optical sensor module measuring the vibration of a generator stator. The optical sensor module includes a receiving container which is combined with the generator stator, an optical source which is arranged outside the receiving container and generates first light, a reflective lens which is arranged in the receiving container and reflects incident light, a first optical fiber which guides the first light generated by the optical source in a reflective lens direction, a second optical fiber which guides at least part of the light reflected by the reflective lens to the outside of the receiving container, a light detection device which generates a voltage signal corresponding to the intensity of the first light guided by the second optical fiber, and a mass which is combined with a first end and a third end. The optical sensor module outputs a voltage signal according to the vibration of the generator stator.
