Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a water treatment system to actively treat an ionic material and a non-degradable material using an alloy catalyst reactor, and to a water treatment method using the same. More specifically, the pipe corrosion and scaling of a water purifying treatment are reacted by means of a redox metal reactor filled with two or more metal media having electrochemical potential differences such that salt is generated, and non-degradable materials and ionic materials included in the waste water can be removed, wherein the waste water is waste water generated from a steel plant (waste water generated from coke, blast furnace, steelmaking, hot rolling, cold rolling, and plating plants), acid/alkali waste water generated from an industrial complex, high concentration oil waste (rolling oil, cutting oil, wet oil, and other oil waste), livestock waste water, oil, food waste containing large quantities of animal oil, R/O concentrated water, non-degradable waste water, or waste water not easily treated through biological and physicochemical treating techniques. Moreover, electrons are generated such that rust is prevented and scaling is prevented. |
