METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY NATURAL SOIL

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a natural mud bed which has beneficial health effects by relieving fatigue. The method of manufacturing a natural mud bed includes (a) mixing 100 wt% of red clay, 10-30 wt% of clay to make the 100 wt% of red clay firm, 10-30 wt% of stone dust, and 10-20 wt% of fucoidan extracted from seaweed to improve viscosity by being pulverized in particles of 1-2 mm after being dipped under water for six or more hours, flushed when the salt concentration is 0.5%, and dried to have moisture content of 20% or less, and removing air from the mixture by an air absorber; (b) forming the mixture containing no air using a press; (c) naturally drying the formed substance for 18-20 days and heating the formed substance under the temperature of 70-120°C; (d) connecting pieces of a natural mud bed manufactured in step (c) to manufacture a frame of the natural mud bed; and (e) placing the natural mud bed frame manufactured in step (d) inside a bed mold and fixing the natural mud bed frame by attaching a wooden mattress between the natural mud bed and the bed mold.
