Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a device for guiding and sealing outflow water from a retaining plate that can guide the outflow water to a collecting well or the inside of a building in order for a construction joint for connecting building concrete, in particular, a wall, a bottom and a ceiling slab, not to be submerged by the outflow water discharged from the installed retaining plate, alien substances generated at other construction, or influent water caused by rain water, when a basement structure is constructed by a cast-in-placed pile (CIP) method, and can easily introduce a sealing agent to the device at a finishing step to bury it in the concrete wall. The device includes an inlet port toward a retaining plate; an outlet port opposite to the inlet portion; a channel for connecting the inlet port and the outlet port; a guide pipe provided on the outlet port and having an engaging portion; a cap having an engaging portion to be fastened to the engaging portion of the guide pipe and formed with an insertion hole communicating with the channel; and a sealing body engaged to the insertion hole of the cap and having a sealing agent introducing port. The sealing body having a body formed with a first screw portion and a first introduction path; an elastic sleeve engaged to the outer peripheral surface of the body; and a movable body having a second screw portion and a second introduction path communicating with the first introduction path and expanded by the elastic sleeve pushed by the fastening operation of the first and second screw portions to close the insertion hole of the cap. |
