Zusammenfassung:	A gas spring for preventing an extraneous substance inflow of the present invention includes: a cylinder formed with a first hollow portion in the longitudinal direction; a piston with a load installed in the first hollow portion of the cylinder to be lifted; an end cap coupled to the lower part of the cylinder; a gas filling valve unit coupled to the cylinder or the end cap; and an extraneous substance inflow preventing unit coupled to the upper part of the cylinder to prevent an extraneous substance from flowing from the load to the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder.
