Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a cable gripper and a cable laying device including the same. The cable gripper according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a front combination ring and a rear combination ring which are adjacently mounted on the outer side of a cable, a cylindrical housing which is combined with the outer sides of the front and rear combination rings and supports the front and rear combination rings to be rotated, a rotation guide unit which is combined with the inner side of the housing and the outer sides of the front and rear combination rings and induces the reverse rotations of the front and rear combination rings when the housing is moved in a traction direction, incline guide grooves which are formed on the inner sides of the front and rear combination rings, and combination members which are received in each incline guide groove and press the outer side of the cable by protruding through the rotations of the front and rear combination rings.
