AIR CONDITIONER PANEL SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME

Disclosed are an air conditioner panel semiconductor device and an air conditioning system including the same. The air conditioner panel semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the present invention that controls a vehicle air conditioner panel includes a control module that is used for integrated control of an analog module and a digital module in the air conditioner panel semiconductor device; a motor driving module that drives a motor in an air conditioning duct according to the control by the control module; a liquid crystal display (LCD) driving module that visually displays vehicle air conditioning device operation state information on an air conditioner panel screen according to the control by the control module; a serial peripheral interface bus (SPI) module that transmits/receives air conditioning signal by connecting the control module and an external peripheral device; and a local interconnect network (LIN) communication module that is electrically connected for interworking with a main controller which controls the air conditioning device. The control module controls a voltage regulator module so as to constantly supply a voltage of a power supply which is required for each of the modules of the air conditioner panel semiconductor device and controls an LCD panel driving operation through the LCD driving module.
