Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a banner/heavy object lifting/lowering apparatus. According to the present invention, a large banner or heavy object can be installed and removed on and from an outer wall of a building within a short period of time, and not a wire but a metallic lifting/lowering band is used for connection so that the falling of the banner/heavy object from damage to the connection means, such as the wire, can be prevented. This lifting/lowering apparatus includes a case in which a pair of installation plates are mounted to be apart from each other and an installation tool is mounted on an upper surface; a motor that is mounted through an inner side of the installation plate; a rotation reel that is disposed to be rotatable through the inner side of the installation plate, has a rotating shaft which rotates in connection with the motor, and is mounted on a circumference of the rotating shaft inside the installation plate; a pair of guide rollers that are rotatably disposed inside the installation plate to be apart from each other on both sides of the rotation reel; and a pair of lifting/lowering bands with two one ends being wound in a fixed state around the rotation reel, one of the other two ends being arranged toward one of the guide rollers in an upper portion of the rotation reel and the other one of the other two ends being arranged toward the other one of the guide rollers in a lower portion of the rotation reel, the pair of lifting/lowering bands being lifted/lowered through a lower portion of the case in a state where the respective directions are vertically converted in the guide roller, being formed of a metallic thin plate, and having a connection tool mounted at a lower end. |
