Cable installing device used for apparatus and method for installing underground cable

The present invention relates to a mechanical cable installing device of underground cable and cable installing device used for method of construction. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mechanical installing device applied to a cable installing apparatus including a lift and an under roller. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a mechanical cable installing device which includes: a cable transfer device for transferring a cable in a wound state into an underground power hole; a rail installed in the power hole according to the location of an installed cable; a tow cart installed on the rail to tow the cable while being self-driven; a support cart installed to be spaced apart from the cable towed by the tow cart by predetermined intervals, and installed on the rail to follow the cable being transferred while supporting the cable; and a snake cart installed on the rail to perform a snake work while the cable is pushed to install the cable to a plurality of hangers fixed to an inner wall of the power hole. The cable transfer device includes a cylindrical-shaped drum around which the cable is wound; an under roller for winding the cable off the drum to transfer the cable into the power hole; and a lift for changing a location of the cable on the ground, which is wound off the drum by the under roller and transferred into the power hole, by moving a lifter in a vertical direction through a winch.
