PROBE APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a probe apparatus which can consistently collect composition such as moisture, contained in various fruits or roots and plant stems including ginseng (red ginseng), using a probe regardless of location. The probe apparatus comprises: a tube shaped housing; a plurality of jigs which forms a tube shape where a first groove is formed, and are inserted into the housing in parallel in order to move; a plurality of probes with a first probe unit inserted into the first groove by the jig in order to move; a spring which elastically supports the probe inserted into the jig; and a balancing lever composed of a pressurizing unit which applies pressure to the plurality of probes aligned in parallel, and a shaft fixating unit which interlocks with a shaft in order to rotate the pressurizing unit.
