Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for connecting a tow truck and a trailer. More specifically, the apparatus can tow a trailer horizontally on a slope without disassembling a target vehicle through dual shaft control. The present invention can be remote-controlled in the tow truck without requiring a driver to get out of the car to separate O-rings and a king pin and pneumatic cables interconnected with electrical signal cable. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the speed of operation and reduces the workload of the driver.
