The composition for relieving hangovers by means of the present invention has effects in remarkably decreasing the blood alcohol content after drinking, reducing increased blood GOT activities which is the index of liver damage, and significantly alleviating mental and physical subjective symptoms after drinking such as neuropathy, skin flushing, anxiety, fatigue, energy loss, abdominal dysesthesia, paleness, irregular heartbeat, dipsesis, and hypersomnia.
