MANUFACTURING METHOD OF VIBRATING WIRE PIEZOMETER AND ACCRODING THE METHOD OF VIBRATING WIRE PIEZOMETER

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a vibrating wire type piezometer and a vibrating wire type piezometer manufactured thereby. The vibrating wire type piezometer comprises a main body; a diaphragm which is formed at one side of the main body; a cap which is formed at the other side of the main body; and an iron core which connects the diaphragm and the cap. The method for manufacturing the vibrating wire type piezometer comprises a step of fixating the iron core to the inner side of the diaphragm; a step of fixating the diaphragm with the iron core to one side end of the main body, and fixating the cap to the other side end so that the iron core protrudes from the cap by passing through the inside of the main body; and a step of regulating the tensile force of the iron core by stretching or compressing the iron core protruding from the cap using external force, forming a screw hole on the outer circumferential surface of the cap, and fixating the iron core to the screw hole by bolts. Therefore, the manufacturing method can simply fixate the iron core using bolts and can properly regulate the tension of the iron core, thereby removing defects.
