Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a platform for weightlifting. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a platform for weightlifting that can effectively mitigate shock generated during the fall of a barbell and can prevent the barbell from bounding irregularly. For such purpose, the platform for weightlifting according to the present invention comprises: a shock mitigating part for mitigating shock during the fall of a barbell; and a platform structure for supporting the shock mitigating part and forming a place for weightlifting, wherein the shock mitigating part is composed of a rubber plate, an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) plate, a urethane plate and a Styrofoam plate, which are stacked sequentially downward.
