Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a heating pack comprising a hollow pack body part manufactured with a material having liquid-tight properties; a phase change material having properties of phase change between a liquid state and a solid state, and accommodated inside a space of the pack body part; and a hollow impregnating pocket manufactured with a material which is capable of impregnating the phase change material, and installed inside the pack body part to be dipped in the phase change material. Therefore, the heat releasing time can be increased, the adhesion properties with a user can be improved, and the area for not emitting heat when the pack is stood can be reduced.
