Zusammenfassung:	Provided in the present invention is an apparatus for performing a high-frequency carbonization of food garbage and waste. As a series of units for inserting and carbonizing food garbage or waste, a chamber unit, a carbonized gas collecting unit, an over heat control unit and a carbonized gas combustion unit are integrated. Thereby, the amount of carbides discharged from the food garbage or waste carbonized in the chamber unit can be minimized, and discharged noxious gases are collected by the collecting unit and discharged as a perfectly combusted status by the gas combustion unit, to prevent air pollution. Waste heat generated from the gas combustion unit can be re-used to remarkably enhance energy efficiency and economic feasibility.
