Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an inductive sensor circuit. According to an embodiment of the present invention to improve response speed of a sensor, the inductive sensor circuit includes: a sensing circuit part including a condenser for forming an oscillation circuit by being connected to an inductor of an inductive sensor in parallel, a first operational amplifier for receiving an oscillation waveform generated in the oscillation circuit as an electric signal and then amplifying the electric signal, and a filter part for receiving the electric signal amplified in the first operational amplifier and then smoothing and filtering the amplified electric signal, and a first control unit for converting the electric signal rectified and smoothed in the filter part into a first digital signal and then outputting the first digital signal; a linearization circuit part including a second control unit for receiving an analog signal measured in a micrometer of the sensor and converting the analog signal into a second digital signal and outputting a linearized data signal by comparing the second digital signal with the first digital signal, and a zero point regulator for regulating a zero point of the data signal, and a span regulator for regulating a maximum value of the zero point; an output circuit part including a third control unit for receiving the data signal outputted from the second control unit and converting the data signal into an analog voltage signal and then outputting the analog voltage signal, and a second operational amplifier for reading and outputting a signal of the voltage signal inputted from the third control unit, and a third operational amplifier for amplifying the voltage signal inputted from the second operational amplifier and then transmitting the amplified voltage signal to an external output terminal; and a power source circuit part for providing a constant voltage for circuit driving, and supplying a reference voltage to an A/D converter embedded in the second control unit. |
