Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a bridge of a high-speed railroad and a concrete placing device for a tunnel. The concrete placing device includes an automatic transfer device rapidly transferring concrete to a placing position when the concrete with a low slump value mixed in a ready-mixed concrete vehicle is poured into a chute. Therefore, the present invention improves workability of the concrete with the low slump value and prevents material segregation of the concrete. The present invention also improves persisting periods of the concrete with the low slump value by maintaining rigidity after the concrete is cured.
