Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for calibrating a torque cell, including: a motor unit (100) having an instrument for both generating and restraining a rotary force as an occasion demands; a torque indicator (211) having a plurality of connection instruments for delivering a rotary force by being coupled to the bottom of the motor unit, while displaying a numeric value applied to a torque cell (210) sandwiched between the connection instruments; a load cell unit (300) having a fixing tool for fixing the load cell unit to the bottom of the torque cell, while including a load indicator (311) for displaying a numeric value applied to the load cell (310) sandwiched between the fixating instruments.
