Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system for estimating a shaft stress of a turbine generator and, more particularly, to a system for estimating a shaft stress of a turbine generator in which a stress distribution ratio and an angular displacement distribution ratio of an entire shaft by vibration mode included in a vibration which is generated in a rotating shaft of the turbine generator, which are relative to each other, are turned into a database, an angular displacement by vibration mode with respect to a single point is extracted, and then this is applied to the angular displacement distribution ratio and the stress distribution ratio of the entire shaft by vibration mode, which are relative to each other, so that a stress distribution by position of the entire shaft can be estimated and stress change in the rotating shaft can be monitored. The system for estimating a shaft stress of a turbine generator according to the present invention includes a converter that receives an input of three-phase current and voltage signals of the generator, and converts and outputs the three-phase current and voltage signals into an angular speed signal at a single point of the turbine generator shaft; and a smart sensor that extracts the angular displacement by vibration mode with respect to the single point of the shaft by using the angular speed signal and estimates the stress distribution by position acting on the shaft by applying the angular displacement by vibration mode with respect to the single point of the shaft extracted to information on the stress distribution ratio and the angular displacement distribution ratio of the entire shaft by vibration mode turned previously into a database, which are relative to each other. |
