PANEL FOR SOUNDPROOF AND WATERPROOF FOR APARTMENT

The present invention relates to a soundproof and waterproof panel for an apartment having a new structure for preventing generation of damage in a lower floor due to water leakage and floor impact sound generated in the apartment. The soundproof and waterproof panel comprises an inserting groove (11) to which the heating pipe (3) is combined in the upper side of a panel main body (10); multiple protrusions (12) inside the inserting groove (11); a drain groove (13) in the floor inside the inserting groove (11); and a drain pipe (20) connected to the drain groove (13) in one side of the panel main body (10). When water is leaked in the heating pipe (3), the leaked water is collected in the drain groove (13) through the inserting groove (11), and the water is drained to the outside of an outer wall (1) through the drain pipe (20) and the drain groove (13). Therefore, the soundproof and waterproof panel for an apartment has the advantage of preventing floor impact sound generated in the upper floor from being transferred to the lower floor, and preventing water leaked from the heating pipe (3) from being dropped to the lower floor.
