Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a plasmon tunable visible laser using opto-mechanical effect of nano structures. The objective of the present invention is to provide the laser capable of tuning resonance wavelength by forming localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) using two nano structures without a substrate made up of GaN to form plasmon laser, applying external control beam to the nano structures based on the opto-mechanical effect of the nano structures, and changing a resonance property of the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR). To attain the objective, the present invention forms the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) between the two nano structures if a pumping light is inputted, wherein the two nano structures are filled with a dielectric material and are covered with nano thick metal, discharges a light formed by the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) if the pumping light is continuously inputted, and applies the external control beam to the nano structures based on the opto-mechanical effect, thereby changing the resonance property of the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) and accordingly adjusting the resonance wavelength.
