Zusammenfassung:Provided is a system for checking a rule-based BIM model using quality check items. The system of the present invention helps easily develop a rule desired by a quality checker by providing a rule creation pattern of a rule-based BIM model checker using quality check items of a BIM guideline which acts as a reference for checking a BIM quality for improvement of a quality of the BIM model, supports rule-based software for checking a BIM quality by providing a rule pattern of the rule-based BIM model checker using quality check items according to a plurality of BIM guidelines, increases construction productivity by improving the quality of the BIM model using a quality check of the BIM guideline as a basic material, and integrally constitutes a rule-based BIM modeler and the rule-based model checker to simultaneously perform a BIM quality check and a modeling operation while the designer performs a design.
