Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an indoor pressure regulating apparatus that allows indoor and outdoor air to communicate with each other if indoor and outdoor pressures are different, without having any opening/closing system driven by power, thus regulating the indoor pressure. According to the present invention, the indoor pressure regulating apparatus is mounted on a wall (1) disposed between indoor and outdoor sides to form an indoor space and selectively open and closed to indoor and outdoor sides according to the difference between the indoor and outdoor pressures so as to remove the difference, and the apparatus includes: an exhaust door (10) mounted on an opening (1a) formed open and closed on the wall (1) and open toward the outdoor side if the indoor pressure is higher than the outdoor pressure; and an intake door (20) mounted on the exhaust door (10) in such a manner as to be open toward the indoor side to allow air to be introduced from the outdoor side to the indoor side if the indoor pressure is lower than the outdoor pressure.
