Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a power supply converter considering transient protection and redundancy and an operation method thereof. The power supply converter includes multiple capacitors which are connected to an input power source in series; and each DC/DC converter having two input terminals of which are connected to the capacitors and which generates output voltage by connecting each output. To operate the power supply converter, the operation method comprises a step of connecting each resistor and each switch connected in series to the capacitors in parallel; a step of outputting auxiliary voltage to determine whether each DC/DC converter is normal or transient; and a step of controlling the on or off of the corresponding switch connected to each DC/DC converter by a control circuit according to the size of the auxiliary voltage.
