Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a micro-volume sample holder having containers for storing sample solution therein for use in inspection of a spectroscope. A sample holder (300) includes an upper body (100) having at least one light penetrating hole (120) and a transparent plate at one end portion thereof and extending in a longitudinal direction; and a lower body (200) configured to be detached from the upper body, having at least one light penetrating hole (250) and a transparent plate (252) at one end portion thereof, and extending in a longitudinal direction. The light penetrating hole (120) of the upper body (100) is arranged in a line with the light penetrating hole (250) of the lower body (200). The transparent plate (252) provided at the end portion of the light penetrating hole (250) of the lower body (200) serves as a sample plate with the sample dropping thereon, through which the light penetrates.
