FABRICATION OF SELF ASSEMBLY MULTI-MICROCHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER

The present invention relates to a fabricated multi-microchannel heat exchanger that has a flat bottom plate and top plate facing each other at an interval, a pair of first passage members disposed over the bottom plate and under the top plate and having a plurality of first passages that are spaced apart from each other and communicate with each other to allow a first fluid to flow therethrough, a second passage member disposed between the pair of first passage members and having a plurality of second passages and communication holes, wherein the second passages are separated from the first passages and allow a second fluid to flow therethrough and the communication holes communicate with the first passages; and a plurality of intermediate plates disposed between the first passage members and the second passage member and having communication holes connected to the first passages of the first passage members and the communication holes of the second passage member to allow the first fluid to be moved upwardly and downwardly.
