Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a traffic management system using a bollard, which manages a traffic signal by using a bollard. The traffic management system comprises: a traffic light control unit for performing a lighting control of a traffic light, wherein the traffic light control unit includes a short-range wireless communication module and a broadband mobile communication module; a bollard installed on a crosswalk, wherein the bollard includes a short-range wireless communication module for performing short-range wireless communication with the traffic light control unit, and a boundary line detection sensor for detecting an entry of a pedestrian into the crosswalk; and a remote management server for communicating with the traffic light control unit through a broadband mobile communication network, receiving and monitoring state information of the traffic light and information related to the entry of the pedestrian into the crosswalk from the traffic light control unit, and transmitting traffic light control data to the traffic light control unit. According to the present invention, the traffic light can be controlled on the spot according to a detection signal detected from the bollard by using the short-range wireless communication network and the broadband mobile communication network in combination. Traffic signal management information can be monitored by a management server installed at a remote place. The management server can control the traffic signal in real time. Therefore, it is possible to secure a safe walk of a blind person and so on and to easily grasp a location of an old person or missing child. [Reference numerals] (100) Traffic light control unit |
