The gas refining system by an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a pressurizing unit pressurizing gas; a first refining unit refining the gas pressurized by the pressurizing unit, and producing first refined gas and first waste gas; a second refining unit refining the first refined gas and producing second refined gas and second waste gas; a third refining unit refining the second refined gas and producing third refined gas and third waste gas; and a returning line for supplying the third waste gas to the second refining unit. The first refined gas and the second refined gas are supplied to consuming facilities as production gas.
