SHOULDER ASPHALT WATERPROOF SHEET HEAT REDUCTION-LAYER FORMED AND ASPHALT-ONLY SPECIAL PAINT USING COMPLEX WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHODS

The present invention relates to a construction method using a self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet having a heat insulating-layer formed thereon, comprising: a pre-treatment step (S100) for cleaning the bottom of the roof of a building by removing a connection pin, a wood dowel, and annealing wire installed on the inner and outer surfaces of the building and removing moist and foreign material; a primer coating step (S200) for making the uneven bottom even by coating primer on the bottom of the roof of the building cleaned through the pre-treatment step; an asphalt waterproof sheet construction step (S300) for adhesively installing the sheet to adhere to the roof of the building having the cleaned bottom by removing release paper on a self-adhesive layer formed to be able to directly adhere on the spot without heating on the bottom of the self-adhesive asphalt waterproof sheet having the heat insulating-layer formed thereon; a paint coating pre-treatment step (S400) for laying fiberglass or mesh on the joint part or the edge of the asphalt waterproof sheet constructed through the asphalt waterproof sheet construction step; and a special paint for asphalt use only coating step (S500) for preventing leakage through a gap by filling the gap by laying fiberglass or mesh on the joint part or the edge of the sheet through the paint coating pre-treatment step on the gaps piled and the edge of the end of the joint part of the asphalt waterproof sheet constructed on the bottom of the roof of the building through the asphalt waterproof sheet construction step, and preventing leakage through a damaged part or a gap occurred through the construction step on the entire surface of the asphalt waterproof sheet by coating the special paint for asphalt use only.
