The present invention relates to an automatic cutting device of roots and stems of onions, and more specifically, to a cutting device of roots and stems of onions which automatically cuts roots and stems of onions that was manually performed by operators before thereby significantly reducing fatigue of workers and allowing mass-operation due to fast work speed thereby greatly increasing work efficiency; and especially due to an automatic cutting process, it is cut after measuring cutting length of roots and stems of onions so that it is possible to cut in a certain length and minimize loss which remains had to be cut in a cutting operation before thereby reducing wastes of materials and onion purchase costs.
