The carbon dioxide collecting device comprises the following: a first pipe discharging exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide; an absorption tower making an absorbent come in contact with the exhaust gas supplied through the first pipe and absorbing carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas; a separation tower receiving and heating the absorbent discharged from the absorption tower through a supplying pipe for separating the carbon dioxide; a second pipe receiving the exhaust gas through the first connection pipe branched from the first pipe, and penetrating the separation tower; and a second connection pipe connected to the second pipe penetrating the separation tower, and transferring the exhaust gas to the first pipe.
