ONE-TOUCH INJECTION PIPE CONNECTION DEVICE WITH EASY COMPONENT ASSEMBLY

The present invention relates to a one-touch insertion type pipe connection device with easy component assembling which includes a connection pipe having a hollow shape and expanded on both ends thereof around the center thereof to have a pipe accommodation recess where pipes are inserted into both ends thereof, fixing recesses expanded from both ends of the pipe accommodation recess, first slant surfaces inclined downwardly from the ends of the fixing recesses toward the outside, and pipe insertion holes formed on the ends of the first slant surfaces so as to prevent the drooping of the pipes; O-rings made of an elastic material maintaining water tightness and providing a given elastic force and inserted into the fixing recesses of the connection pipe; base members made of an elastic material providing a given elastic force and inserted into the rear ends of the O-rings; and a jaw member having a plurality of jaws each having a tooth formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof and a second slant surface formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof with the same inclination as the first slant surface of the connection pipe and elastic members connecting the jaws with each other to provide the jaw member having a round shape, so that the jaw member is inserted into the inside of the first slant surfaces of the connection pipe. According to the present invention, a connection material for pipe connection is welded to the expanded connection pipe, and the connection material and the connection pipe are subjected to medical treatment so that they are smooth on surfaces and at the same time the reduction of metal components is conducted. Next, the jaws unified with the elastic members, the O-rings and the rubber base members are deformed and inserted into the connection pipe, thus making the outer appearance of the device look beautiful and achieving easy assembling among the jaws, the O-rings and the rubber base members.
