Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an automatic loading apparatus capable of automatically loading shells to shorten a reloading time, decrease a fatigue degree of a gunner working for log hours, and improve its reliability and durability. The automatic loading apparatus includes a stationary body with guide rails extending in a longitudinal direction; a convey tray moved along the guide rails of the stationary body to convey the shells; a link assembly pushed by the convey tray which is moved along the stationary body; a fixing assembly fixing the shells conveyed by the link assembly and moved downward to load the shell into a gun barrel of a gun barrel assembly when the convey assembly is moved reverse; and actuators, provided to both sides of the stationary body, for moving the fixing assembly.
