STRUCTURE OF OUTRIGGER WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an installation structure of an outrigger wall and a construction method of the installation structure of an outrigger wall. The installation structure of an outrigger wall comprises an outrigger which is disposed on a middle layer (an outrigger installation layer) in between upper and lower slabs of a building structure by using a concrete wall; and a delayed joint which is placed in between the upper slab and the concrete wall; and is provided to prevent generation of additional stress, which is caused by long-term deformation disadvantageous to the outrigger wall, even though the long-term deformation is generated by variable reduction between a column and a core wall, and to minimize a tensile force affecting the outrigger wall by applying a tensile force, which is generated by post-tension, to either the upper slab or the lower slab, or to both the upper and lower slabs, thereby economically designing and constructing the outrigger wall.
