DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING ATTACHMENT PRESENCE OF ANTI-CHIPPING FILM ON VEHICLE

Disclosed is a device for inspecting presence of anti-chipping film attachment of finished vehicles. A disclosed is a device for inspecting presence of anti-chipping film attachment of finished vehicles comprises: i) a frame, ii) a multi-axis movement unit installed on the frame so as to horizontally and vertically reciprocate; iii) a line laser lightning unit installed on the multi-axis movement unit and irradiating a line laser beam to anti-chipping film attachment sites of the finished vehicles; iv) a vision photographing unit installed on the multi-axis movement unit and vision-photographing the line laser irradiated on the anti-chipping film attachment sites; v) and a controller acquiring vision data from the vision photographing unit, analyzing and processing it so as to determine the presence of anti-chipping film attachment.
