Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device mounted on the top of a soundproofing wall with multiple poles arranged vertically and multiple soundproofing panels fixed between the multiple poles, more specifically, to a device mounted on the top of a soundproofing wall including a first attenuation space on the top of the soundproofing wall to reduce noises inside; an attenuation unit with multiple baffles in the first attenuation space to reduce the noises from a noise source; a connection unit which is mounted on the attenuation unit as a part of the attenuation unit, has the thickness corresponding to the thickness of the poles, and is subsided on the surface; a sub attenuation unit on the front and back of the connection unit to reduce the noises from the noise source; and a connection part connected to the soundproofing panels or the poles while the connection part and the attenuation unit are divided into multiple pieces along the direction at which the poles are arranged.
