Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a heater apparatus for a hopper for supplying fossil fuel and more specifically, to a heater apparatus for a hopper for supplying fossil fuel which prevents fossil fuel such as coal from sticking to the inner wall of the hopper due to moisture from heating the hopper with heat using a heater line equipped in a heating plate, wherein the heating plate is installed in the outer wall of the hopper to save and supply fuel. For the purpose of the present invention, the heater apparatus for heating the hopper (10) which saves and supplies the fuel, comprises the heating plate (110) which heats the hopper (10) by being closely in contact with the outer wall of the hopper (10); and a heater line (120) which transfers heat to the heating plate (110) by being inserted into the heating plate (110).
