Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a flexible PCB X-ray inspection method using a conveyor. The flexible PCB X-ray inspection method uses an X-ray inspection device comprising: an X-ray tube and a detector arranged inside a case having an inlet and an outlet; and a conveyor installed between the X-ray tube and the detector and having both ends protruding out of the inlet and the outlet. The method comprises the steps of: placing objects having a pattern to be enrolled on the conveyor and passing the objects through the X-ray inspection device to obtain X-ray images; selecting the pattern of a pad to be set among the obtained X-ray images of the objects to store and enroll the pattern; and supplying the objects on the conveyor and comparing the objects with the pattern of the pad to determine the defect of the objects. The present invention can select defective goods by comparing the objects with the pattern enrolled in advance while the objects are automatically and continuously supplied and moved by the conveyor, thereby increasing the efficiency of the X-ray inspection process.
