PENETRATING DEVICE FOR INJECTION HOLE OF BLAST FURNACE

The present invention relates to a penetrating device for an injection hole of a blast furnace comprising: a drain pipe having a diameter corresponding to an injection hole of a blast furnace; a drill axis guide inserted into and fixated to the rear of the drain pipe; a drill shaft where one side is inserted into an inside of the drain pipe while being inserted into the drill axis guide; a drill bit installed in an inside of the drain pipe by being connected to one side of the drill shaft; a handle connected to the other end of the drill shaft for rotating the drill shaft; and a steam supplying line connected to an inside of the drain pipe for supplying steam to an inside of the drain pipe. According to the present invention, working hours are regular and shortened by not depending on pure power of a worker since a drill removes an injecting material remaining in the injection hole of a blast furnace after steam at high temperatures makes the injecting material a paste form.
