Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A light emitting device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a light transmitting substrate; a plurality of semiconductor layers which are arranged under the light transmitting substrate and include a first semiconductor layer of a first conductive type, a second semiconductor layer of a second conductive type which is arranged under the first semiconductor layer, and an active layer which is arranged between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer; a reflection electrode layer which is arranged under the second semiconductor layer; at least one first hole which is formed from the reflection electrode layer to a part of the first semiconductor layer; a first insulation layer which is arranged under the reflection electrode layer and includes an extension part which is extended to at least one first hole; a first electrode which is arranged under the first insulation layer and includes a connection part which is connected to the first semiconductor layer in the extension part of the first insulation layer; a second electrode which is arranged under the first insulation layer and is connected to the reflection electrode layer; and a second insulation layer which is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first insulation layer and the extension part of the first insulation layer include layers to reflect light emitted from the active layer.
