Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an air conditioning duct mounting structure for a vehicle. When an existing air conditioning duct is mounted by a bracket with a welding bolt, a nut is coupled with the welding bolt to stably mount the air conditioning duct. Therefore, component costs are increased due to the use of the nut, and the productivity is reduced while the workability is reduced because of the use of a coupling tool to couple the nut. The air conditioning duct of a vehicle couples a flange part (110) having a bolt hole (111) at both ends of a duct body (100) with a welding bolt (210) of a bracket (200) mounted on a vehicle body. A combination part (120) is formed at the end of the flange part (110) of the duct body (100). A protrusion (122) hung on a screw thread (211) of the welding bolt (210) is formed on the combination part (120). A coupling hole (121) which has the protrusion (122) at a hole edge or the inner surface is formed in the combination part (120) in a round or a rectangular shape. A bent part (130) is formed between the flange part (110) and the combination part (120). The duct body (100) is fixed without a nut while the protrusion (122) of the coupling hole (121) is hung on the screw thread (211) of the welding bolt (210) when the combination part (120) bent above the flange part (110) is inserted into the welding bolt (210). Therefore, the duct body (100) is stably fixed without the nut. The component costs are reduced by removing the nut as well as the workability and the productivity are improved by not using a tool for nut coupling.
