PRODUCTION METHODS OF REEL TYPE FILM FOR SUPPLYING DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reel type film for supplying a double-sided tape, wherein the reel type film includes multiple double-sided tapes wound in a reel type while a release film and a protecting tape are laminated on both surfaces of each of the double-sided tapes. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reel type film for supplying a double-sided tape, wherein the reel type film can prevent defects that may occur while a double-sides tape is separated from a release film for application to products. The manufacturing method comprises: a first lamination step of laminating an upper release film on an upper end of a double-sided tape; a first process step of cutting a first laminate from the first lamination step; a second lamination step of laminating an old bottom release film on a lower end of the double-sided tape of a first processed product from the first process step; a second process step of cutting a second laminate from the second lamination step; and a bottom release film exchange step of exchanging the old bottom release film with a new bottom release film in a second processed product from the second process step.
