The present invention relates to a device for controlling the touch of a display part capable of implementing a special function through the touch comprising a display part consisting of a touch screen; an input part sensing a signal being touched at the display part: a touch operation signal whereby a first position, which is unspecified position, is touched, a preparation operation signal whereby repeated continuous touches are implemented from the first position to a second position separated from the first position over a predetermined distance, an input operation signal whereby continuous touches are implemented to a third position over a predetermined distance in a predetermined direction based on the first position while the first position is being touched, and successively transmitting the touch operation signal, the preparation operation signal, and the input operation signal to a control part; and the control part implementing a predetermined special function for the transmitted input operation signal when successively receiving the touch operation signal, the preparation operation signal, and the input operation signal.
