CHISEL STRUCTURE EQUIPMENT OF EXCAVATOR

The present invention relates to a chisel structure for an excavator. More specifically, the structure includes a cylindrical ring-shape key on the outer circumference of a chisel case so that, when a chisel unit and the key continuously collide as the chisel unit moves up and down, the impact due to the collision can be absorbed thanks to the greater contact cross-sectional area between the key and the chisel unit than the previous technology and accordingly, the replacement cost due to damage can be saved as damage to the key or the chisel unit is reduced. Furthermore, as a cylinder cover with multiple sealing pieces are installed at the end of the chisel case, it is possible to prevent a bushing from being separated due to the up-down movement of the chisel case and at the same time, make the key or the bushing be easily detached or attached for replacement. Also, by touching the outer circumference of the chisel case closely, the structure is able to prevent oil from leaking and prevent foreign substances from flowing in.
