DUSTPROOF AND NON-EXPLODE TYPE HIGH EFFICIENCY HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC MOTOR

The present invention relates to a dust ignition typed high efficiency hydraulic and pneumatic motor and is formed of; a static check valve for the determination of rotation and reverse rotation; an air inserting part in which air is inserted with pressure; a driving piston which moves there and back with the air inserted by the air inserting part and a solenoid valve; a driving room made of a dog for changing the flow of the air; a pressure room including a pressure piston which can move here and back by being connected to the driving piston; a pressure bath which is located on the upper side of the pressure room and includes a fluid and a discharge check valve in the inner side; a storage bath which is located on the lower side of the pressure bath and includes a fluid and an absorbing check valve; a control room including a speed control valve, a hydraulic solenoid valve, and rotation switching poppet; and a motor part which gets up the pressure by the pressure piston and inserts fluids passing through the pressure bath to two hydraulic distribution plates and comprises an output shaft which is rotated by a motor plated between the two hydraulic distribution plates. The dust ignition typed high efficiency hydraulic and pneumatic motor has no electrical installations and prevents a fire and an explosion due to the overload of a motor and an electrical installation device and improves problems of noise, low output, and low efficiency etc. which is a weakness of a pneumatic motor or a hydraulic motor and maintains constant rotation speed and easily control the motor through a brake.
