DRYING DEVICE FOR WASTE VINYL

The present invention relates to an apparatus for drying waste vinyl to be recycled capable of selecting abnormal materials while continuously drying the waste vinyl. The present invention comprises: a frame having a supply hole at one side of an upper part for supplying the waste vinyl to be dried, and a discharge hole formed at a position facing the supply hole for discharging dried pure waste vinyl where the abnormal materials are removed; a plurality of drying rollers installed at an upper part of the frame between the supply hole and the discharge hole for removing moisture included in the supplied waste vinyl, drying the supplied waste vinyl and removing various kinds of abnormal material included in the waste vinyl; an intake duct installed at an upper part of the drying rollers for discharging steam and dust generated while removing the moisture and the abnormal materials; a blocking film installed between the front and the back of the intake duct and the frame for preventing the abnormal materials from scattering while maintaining the temperature appropriate for the moisture drying; a magnetic roller installed at the discharge hole of the frame for removing metallic abnormal materials included in the waste vinyl; and an abnormal material discharge conveyor installed at a middle position in the frame under the drying rollers for discharging the abnormal materials which drop while the waste vinyl is passing through the drying rollers.
