Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a cathode for a solid oxide fuel cell represented by the chemical formula AA'1-xCaxB2O5+δ and a fuel cell comprising the same. In the chemical formula, A represents an element selected from the lanthanide series, A' represents an element selected from the alkaline earth metals, B represents an element selected from transition metals, x is greater than 0 and less than 1.0, and δ is a positive number less than or equal to 1 which makes the chemical compound represented by the chemical formula electrically neutral. The cathode material represented by the chemical formula can maintain an electric conductivity above a specific level while securing the stability of a cathode.
